Did you know that adults need at least 150 minutes of moderate-intensity aerobic activity every week? Brisk-walking is an excellent way to get your body moving!

Come join us for a 30 minute walk every Wednesday. Meet at the video wall in the lobby at 12:30 sharp, rain or shine, all speeds welcome!
